Throughout the year, Terme di Cervia hosts meetings, events and initiatives dedicated to well-being, health and quality of life. A calendar of events designed to offer opportunities to explore topics in greater depth and exchange ideas with professionals and experts from different fields.
From skincare to mindful nutrition, from prevention to tips for everyday well-being, the events address topics of interest to the whole family, with a simple, practical and accessible approach.

Sensitive Skin in Summer – How to Soothe Itching, Redness and Irritation
A meeting with dermatologist Dr Sandra Schianchi dedicated to caring for sensitive skin during the summer. Topics will include sun exposure, prevention, protection, hydration and cleansing, with particular attention to delicate skin and children's skin. An opportunity to discover the benefits of thermal water and dispel common myths about summer skincare.
The audience will have the opportunity to ask questions at the end of the meeting.

It Looks Healthy... But Is It? – Learning to Recognise the “False Friends” of Healthy Eating
A meeting with Dr Cristina Andreakos, nutritionist and kinesiologist, to learn how to recognise the so-called “false friends” of healthy eating. From labels such as Light, Fit, Protein and Natural to reading food labels, as well as sugars, sweeteners and organic, vegan and gluten-free products: an opportunity to make more informed choices in everyday nutrition.
