Elementi 2026
The seventh edition of Elementi transforms the natural landscape of Cervia into a space for listening and encounter, where experimental music, the environment, and the perception of place intertwine in immersive artistic experiences.
Created and produced by MAGMA APS, the series brings together contemporary performing arts and the local territory, inviting international artists to engage with some of the city’s most iconic locations: the salt pans and the pine forest become natural settings for sunset concerts, site-specific performances, and moments of slow mobility.
The festival reaffirms its commitment to creating cultural experiences that connect contemporary artistic research with the environmental dimension, turning the natural context into an integral part of the artistic project.

Performance by Ensemble Nist-Nah (FR/AU), led by percussionist Will Guthrie. An immersive contemporary gamelan experience featuring gongs, resonant metals, and polyrhythmic structures in dialogue with the salt pan landscape.

Live performance by Agua Viva, a musical project by Josi Arias, an Argentine musician and multidisciplinary artist based in New York.
At Aia della Salina, among the piles of salt and the low, fading light of dusk, the live performance takes the form of a site-specific intervention in dialogue with the open horizon and the suspended dimension of the place. Agua Viva’s sounds, shaped by cosmic and underwater imagery, engage with the landscape of the saltworks, creating an immersive experience in which sound and environment influence one another and amplify the perception of space and time.
