Caplét under the Tower

In May, the second edition of Caplét sotto la Torre, the festival dedicated to cappelletto, a typical Romagna dish.

Gastronomic stands will be set up in the area under the San Michele Tower in Cervia, where it will also be possible to taste cappelletti paired with local wines.

Not only delicious dishes, but also gastronomic workshops to discover the secrets of preparing this traditional dish, all enlivened by live music that will make the atmosphere even more special.
