The Ecomuseo delle Erbe Palustri of Villanova di Bagnacavallo
(Eco museum of Marsh Grass in Bagnacavallo), a few km from Ravenna, organizes workshops to try out traditional local marsh grass craftsmanship, on 14th and 15th February 2026.
There will be: a marsh grass weaving course, willow basket making course and a chair making course.
The courses are aimed at adults who will get to know the methods of preparing the raw materials and will learn the basic weaving techniques to make a product, under the guidance of an expert teacher.
