Valmarecchia in a hot-air balloon

On Saturday 3 August, a unique event awaits you in Talamello, at Campiano.

For the second time Valmarecchia in a hot-air balloon will be staged, a wonderful event that guarantees you can get up to 30 meters high and can enjoy a breathtaking view of the entire Valley of the Marecchia River.

Throughout the day until late in the evening, you can watch the hot air balloon show. Also on site are food stands, street food, stalls, musical entertainment, dance groups, inflatables and rides for the enjoyment of young and old alike. Also not to be missed is the hot air balloon show with its braked flight against the backdrop of the Fortress of San Leo, Maiolo and the village of Talamello.

As for the free flights, they will take place (by reservation only) at dawn on 3 and 4 August. The average duration of a free flight is about 1 hour and 15 minutes and the cost is 270 euro per person.

From sunset on 3 August, instead, the captive flights will begin, which consist of actual flying principles, anchored to the ground, where one can reach a height of about 30 metres. 
Each tethered flight lasts about 10 minutes, and costs 10 euros for children and 20 euros for adults.

A festival for all ages complete with markets, hobbyists, children's entertainment with workshops, musical and dance performances, merry-go-rounds and inflatables, food stands, street food, and to top it all of off, music with a DJ set.
