Raboj

The colourful and rich spring markets in Villanova di Bagnacavallo, a few kilometres from Ravenna, come back to life with Raboj, on 29 March and 26 April. Rabòj is a local dialect term that once referred to the waste from the processing of marsh grasses, an activity that characterised the village of Villanova until the 1960s and which is now mainly preserved in the Ecomuseum.

It is one of the antique and modern antiques markets with the most exhibitors, a labyrinth of stalls and stories where you can lose yourself for two whole days among vintage clothes, bags, jewellery, antique furniture and timeless furnishings. Among curiosities, books and vinyl records, each object tells the story of the charm of the past and waits to be discovered.
