Balamondo World Music Festival

Balamondo-Mirko Casadei Balamondo-Mirko Casadei

In Cervia, two evenings of celebration in Piazza Garibaldi with the Balamondo World Music Festival, a concert directed by Mirko Casadei that combines traditional Romagna music with influences and experimentation, where Italian folk traditions intersect and blend with music, dance and characteristic sounds. 
 
In this stage, the tradition of Romagna ballroom dancing dances to the rhythms of the salaterello and tarantella, evenings that celebrate Italian folk dances.

The Orchesta Popolare del Saltarello and Mirko Casadei Popular Folk Orchestra perform on stage. 
 
Two magical evenings where Romagna meets Puglia and Abruzzo and their folk songs, combining dance traditions in a musical dialogue that spans the centuries and unites generations.
