5150 Cervia Triathlon Emilia Romagna
The 5150 Cervia Triathlon is the Olympic-distance race that completes the spectacular IRONMAN race weekend.
Alongside IRONMAN Italy Emilia-Romagna, athletes take on a 1.5 km swim, a 40 km bike ride, and a 10 km run, enjoying a unique race experience surrounded by the sea, nature, and the enthusiastic support of the Cervia crowd.

Start – Cervia Beach

Swim Course (1.5 km)
The swim course consists of a single loop, starting from Cervia's wide central beach. As part of ongoing event improvements, the race features a rolling swim start. Athletes line up according to their estimated swim time, with 10 athletes starting every five seconds. It takes approximately 20 minutes for all participants to cross the swim start line.
Swim start: 7:30 AM from Cervia Free Beach.
Bike Course (40 km)
The bike course is a single 40 km loop starting from Cervia's seafront. The race is held under non-drafting rules.
Run Course (10 km)
The 10 km run course is completely flat and takes athletes through some of the most distinctive and scenic areas of Cervia.
