Festival Rossini Open

While waiting to reopen its doors, the Rossini Theatre in Lugo has decided to continue “reopening” in the most evocative locations around the city.

From 7 to 24 November 2025, the Rossini Open Festival “Fuori dal teatro, dentro la città” (Outside the theatre, inside the city) will offer its valuable programme of opera, chamber and symphonic music.

This is the perfect opportunity to discover the strong bond between the town and the famous composer, who lived here as a teenager from 1802 to 1804, and to visit the Museum dedicated to him.
