Artisti in Piazza. International Performing Arts Festival

Since 1997, the town of Pennabilli has welcomed performers and artists from all over the world. The municipality, like a few other Italian cities, decided to allow street artists’ performances, even if an old national security law prohibited them. A whole long weekend, in Pennabilli, is dedicated to this art.

During the festival, all the streets of Pennabilli's medieval centre become stages for Italian and international artists. The atmosphere is magical. Until late at night sounds, lights, words and colours enliven the town and enchant the audience: brilliant performances, concerts, funny entertainment… and more!
