Olive and Oil Festival

In late November, Brisighella celebrates the "gold of the hills" with the  (Sagra dell'Ulivo e dell'Olio), an event dedicated to local gastronomic excellence.

The extra virgin olive oil of Brisighella PDO  is the undisputed star of this day: a rich program featuring guided tastings, nature hikes, encounters with local producers, taste workshops, and showcooking.

Tasting the oil and traditional dishes enhanced by its aromas, strolling through centuries-old olive groves that shape the landscape, wandering through the markets, and listening to the stories of expert cultivators. An authentic experience to immerse yourself in the culture of this land and explore the excellence that makes it unique.

Workshops, shows, and visits to the oil mill complete the day's program, to be experienced in one of the Most Beautiful Villages in Italy (Borghi più Belli d'Italia).
