The Via Popilia is part of the Po Delta Paths that retrace the great pilgrimage routes.
Travel the first two stages of the Via Popilia, an ancient Roman road that started from the colony of Ariminum (Rimini), crossed Ravenna and headed towards Adria. Our itinerary begins from the Cervia salt mines, continues through the pine forest of Milano Marittima and then follows a cycle path along the Savio river, until reaching the Lido of the same name. The second stage continues immersed in the pine forest, finally arriving in Classe. .
