Discover Cervia through Sapore di Sale (Taste of Salt), the event celebrating the famous white gold of the Adriatic: the sweet salt of Cervia. The programme includes the evocative historical re-enactment of the salt shed, with the traditional “burchiella” pulled along the banks of the canal. Local markets, guided tours, tastings and workshops complete the experience.
