Milano Marittima becomes an open-air cultural stage with the Mare d'Arte Festival, dedicated to the theme 'Shared Dreams'.

On display on the Promenade are Oliviero Toscani Studio's Razza Umana (Human Race) photographs-totems, created by Toscani together with his students and collaborators.

The exhibition is the result of a socio-political, cultural and anthropological study that portrays the morphology of people in order to observe their peculiarities and characteristics, to capture their differences and similarities. Oliviero Toscani has travelled the world together with his students and collaborators and has portrayed human beings in the squares and streets, setting up an itinerant photographic studio each time, to compose an archive of around 100,000 images.
