Rich Prize Pool
This is one of the most coveted and richest golf tournaments in Europe, played with the exciting Pro-Am formula, which features teams composed of one professional and three amateurs. In the last edition, the professionals competed for a prize pool of approximately €23,000—an economic and competitive value that confirms this event as one of the most prestigious on the international scene for this category.
Olympic Golfers and Professionals
This major opportunity guarantees the participation of a top-tier field of professionals. Past editions have indeed seen Olympic athletes of the caliber of Matteo Manassero (star in Rio) and Nino Bertasio compete, along with numerous other prominent names from international circuits, including Emanuele Canonica, Lorenzo Gagli, Francesco Laporta, Luca Cianchetti, and Guido Migliozzi.
The World of Sport is Present
Over the years, the event has seen the participation of great sports icons, including former F1 driver Pierluigi Martini and famous football champions such as Alessandro Del Piero (also present for years as a sponsor with his eyewear brand AIRDP), Alessio Tacchinardi, Massimo Bonini, Daniele Massaro, Marco Simone, Mirko Vucinic, Beppe Dossena, and Simone Pepe. The excellence of this roster and a highly selected target of amateur players is matched by the support of top-level sponsors. A perfect combination that makes The Event a fixed and highly successful appointment on the national competitive calendar, consistently selling out every year.
