Saracens’ Festival

This edition of the Saracen Festival will take place on July 25 in the wonderful setting of the port canal and in the old town, an extraordinary historic reenactment in costume that recalls the era in which the Turks were threatening the coast.

This event will begin  at 9.30 pm with what is usually the highlight of “I Saraceni”, the traditional landing of hundreds of eccentric characters, who will reach the port canal in Bellaria Igea Marina together with the historic sailboats. 

From here there will be a parade, in historic costumes, that will go around the streets of the city.
