Nutrition & Longevity Festival
An event with master classes, workshops, sports and recreational activities for all age groups, with girls and boys acting as Ambassadors and Judges for the election of the World's Best Longevity Dish 2024.
The event is dedicated to promoting a balanced lifestyle, balanced nutrition and exercise, a unique opportunity to explore the link between nutrition and longevity.
Conceived and realised by the Fondazione Valter Longo, it is the first international festival on nutrition and longevity to be held completely free of charge. It will involve over 1,000 teenagers, their families and the local community who will be able to experience a moment of positive sharing.
The young participants, selected from all over the world, privileging students from Emilia, will be protagonists and judges of a cooking competition that will see chefs confront each other in the realisation of dishes based on ingredients that favour longevity, to proclaim the Best Longevity Dish 2024. A technical jury will evaluate the dishes from the point of view of composition, choosing three of them, while the youngsters will decide among them the best dish in terms of taste.
