A week as sweet as honey
Two weekends dedicated to honey and its culture with the event Una settimana dolce come il miele (A week as sweet as honey), a food and wine event now in its 40th edition.
The aim is to raise awareness of the utmost protection of bees, sentinels of the environment, main pollinators and essential components of the chain of life.
The event, whose highlight is the honey extraction, features beekeepers, producers, herbalists, expert tasters, chefs and gourmets.
At the end of the honey extraction, the direct extraction of honey takes place and the tasting of the various types of honey begins, with entertainment and shows for all.
