The colors of the Cardo and the apple of the Salina

On the occasion of the Cardo Gobbo di Cervia festival, at the Sala Dorica, the Menocchio Association presents an exhibition that tells the story of Cervia through the colours and eyes of artists. 
At the heart of the exhibition is the Cardo Gobbo, a symbol of local agricultural tradition with unique production and processing characteristics.

In fact, the Cardo is cultivated using a burying system that makes the stem white, more tender and sweet, while at the same time allowing the product to ripen gradually throughout the winter.

The exhibition can be visited from 10:00 to 19:00 on 24–25 January and on 31 January and 1 February.
