Olive and Oil Festival

The cultivation of the olive tree in the Lands of Brisighella is an ancient tradition: already in Roman times the olive tree and its fruits were appreciated and valued in the Lamone valley.

For the occasion of the Olive Festival, in the streets of the ancient village of Brisighella you will be able to taste the renowned Nobildrupa, Orfanello, Pieve Tho and Brisighello DOP oils.

The Cooperativa Agricola Brisighellese has been involved in the production and valorization of excellent cold-pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oils from native varieties typical of our territory such as Nostrana di Brisighella, Ghiacciola and Orfana for over 50 years. First and foremost, the sought-after Brisighella DOP Brisighello extra virgin olive oil is obtained by cold pressing.
