Pablo Atchugarry: Formas Eternas
From 7 April to 30 November 2025, the MarePineta Resort will host the exhibition Formas Eternas, realised in collaboration with the Contini Art Gallery.
The absolute stars of the exhibition are the majestic bronze sculptures by Pablo Atchugarry, the internationally renowned Uruguayan artist.
After their great success in Spain, inside the futuristic complex of the City of Arts and Sciences in Valencia, the extraordinary works now land in the evocative garden of the MarePineta Resort. Here, surrounded by greenery, the monumental sculptures establish a harmonious dialogue with nature, offering visitors an intense and engaging aesthetic experience.
The exhibition route continues inside the resort, where sculptures of smaller dimensions but of equal expressive force enrich the resort's elegant surroundings. The result is a complete itinerary that elegantly combines contemporary art, design and landscape, leading the public into the heart of Atchugarry's poetics.
Pablo Atchugarry (Montevideo, 1954) is known for his abstract sculptures, often made of marble and bronze. His monumental production has made him internationally famous, with works in public and private collections and urban spaces in Europe and Latin America. In 2003, he represented Uruguay at the 50th Venice Biennale with the work Sognando la Pace.
