Mindfulness at the Cervia Natural Park
Mindfulness is a practice of awareness that combines ancient meditative techniques with principles of modern cognitive therapy. Immersed in nature, participants have the opportunity to experience short practical exercises, ideal for getting familiar with this discipline in a simple and enjoyable way.
Effetto Natura AmaParco is a series of events dedicated to personal well-being, organized by Atlantide within the parks and museums of the AmaParco circuit. These sessions guide participants to explore mindfulness through practical exercises, suitable both for beginners and for those wishing to deepen their experience, led by psychologist Giovanni Canali.
Mindfulness teaches us to experience ourselves and the surrounding world in the here and now, following the concept of Jon Kabat-Zinn, founder of the Stress Reduction Clinic and the Center for Mindfulness in Medicine:
"Paying attention in a particular way: intentionally, in the present moment, and non-judgmentally."
Practiced over time, mindfulness can improve psychological, relational, and physical well-being, becoming a useful tool to reduce stress, discomfort, and everyday challenges.
