The Mussel of Cervia in Festival
In Cervia, a festival dedicated to the Cervia mussel, here cultivated 3 miles from the coast in controlled waters to guarantee its genuineness, which has enabled it to obtain recognition as an organic product.
During the festival, the food stands and restaurants in the Borgomarina and the centre prepare dishes based on this delicious product, without neglecting the local fish.
To mark the event, a special edition of the Borgomarina Vetrina di Romagna markets, from Thursday to Sunday.
