Piazzale dei Salinari in Cervia becomes the stage for ‘Philosophy under the Stars’, a journey exploring the human experience: emotions, feelings, passions and bewilderment.

The theme of the 22nd edition is: “Polemos is the father of all things, the king of all; he reveals some as gods and others as men; he makes some slaves and others free”. The image of the contrast from which becoming arises is accompanied here by a harsher vision, closer to our historical experience: conflict as a trial, as a threshold, as the moment when the forms of life are laid bare in their truth.

A rich programme of lectures designed to offer participants opportunities for reflection on existence – a fundamental need for our inner well-being and for gaining an awareness of the current human condition, characterised by change and uncertainty.
